End-to-end establishment of foreign investment companies

Names, deeds, business identification numbers, and operational permits, all coordinated through a single point of contact so you can focus on building the business instead of chasing paperwork.

Choose your path into Indonesia

Four curated paths for different situations: founders, remote workers, business owners, and retirees. Start where you are, and we will guide you to a clean legal structure in Indonesia.

INVESTORS / PT PMA

The Founder's Path

You are bringing capital, ideas, and jobs to Indonesia. We design your market entry architecture, not just a cheap PT PMA deed.

  • PT PMA company incorporation
  • 2-year Investor KITAS (E28B)
  • 1-year virtual office and Coretax account setup

DIGITAL NOMADS / REMOTE STAFF

The Remote Resident

You work online, love Indonesia, and want to stay legally without fake job titles or repeated visa runs.

  • 1-year E33G visa application and sponsorship
  • Personal NPWP registration
  • Correct tax setup aligned to your profile

EXISTING COMPANIES / SMES

The Operations Room

You already run a company, but admin, reporting, and unresponsive agents are draining your focus.

  • Monthly tax reporting (Coretax)
  • Active NIB/OSS status monitoring
  • Monthly financials (Balance Sheet & P&L)

RETIREMENT IN INDONESIA

The Welcome Home

You want to retire in Indonesia with dignity, clarity, and support, without dealing with fixers or queues alone.

  • End-to-end Retirement KITAS handling
  • Domestic helper contract assistance
  • Insurance recommendation support and appointment guidance

How We Work

You start by choosing a path. Behind that path, we plug in PT PMA, visa, and compliance as building blocks, so you get one clean journey instead of random services.

  1. 01.

    Choose your path

Founders, Remote Resident, Operations Room, or Welcome Home. We listen to your situation and match you to one of four clear paths instead of throwing a menu of services at you.

    10–20 min discovery call

  2. 02.

    Design your legal stack

Behind your chosen path we architect the legal stack: PT PMA, visa options, and basic compliance. PMA & Visa are treated as building blocks that support your path, not as separate upsells.

    10–20 min discovery call

  3. 03.

Sign clear scope, fees, and timeline

We give you a simple written scope: what we will do, which sub-services are used (PMA setup, visa, compliance), fees in your chosen currency, and realistic milestones.

All terms written in plain English

  4. 04.

Execute, report, and keep you safe

Our team executes the PT PMA, visa, and compliance work in the background while you focus on building. You get status updates, next-step reminders, and a clear “you are safe” signal at each stage.

Ongoing support available as a retainer

Questions about “Choose Your Path”

Selected FAQs pulled from our Paths and Services pages, so you can see exactly what is included and how each route works.

  • What problem does the Foundation Package solve?
It prevents the common “cheap setup” failures: banking friction, unclear ownership control, cap table questions, licensing gaps, and compliance mess. We design a defensible PT PMA structure from day one.
  • Who qualifies for the Remote Worker KITAS (E33G)?
Remote employees, freelancers, and online professionals with income sourced outside Indonesia. We confirm eligibility based on your work arrangement and sponsor requirements.
  • What is included in the Compliance Shield retainer?
A monthly retainer covering routine compliance execution and monitoring: monthly tax reporting, quarterly LKPM preparation and submission support, and NIB/OSS status tracking. You also receive a monthly status summary with a “Green Light” indicator when everything in scope is clean.
  • What does “concierge” mean in the Retirement KITAS package?
End-to-end retirement KITAS handling plus practical relocation support such as helper contract guidance and insurance considerations. One team coordinates the entire process so you do not have to piece things together.
  • What is the difference between Authorized, Paid-up Capital, and Investment Value?
    • Authorized Capital (Modal Dasar): The ceiling for how much stock your company can issue, stated in the Articles of Association. For a PT PMA, this must be at least IDR 10 Billion.
    • Paid-up Capital (Modal Disetor): The actual money deposited into the company bank account by shareholders. It is the basis for share ownership and must be at least IDR 2.5 Billion, recorded in the Articles of Association.
    • Investment Value (Nilai Investasi): The total scale of your business plan (capital + loans + assets). It must be at least IDR 10 Billion per KBLI and is stated in the OSS system for BKPM licensing and LKPM reporting.
  • What is “Withholding Tax” and how does it work in Indonesia?
Indonesia’s tax system operates on a withholding basis. When a company pays for services or salaries, it must withhold a percentage of tax and pay it directly to the government on behalf of the recipient. The legal obligation to withhold, pay, and report the tax sits with the income payer, not the recipient.
  • Which visa route fits me (remote work, business, retirement, family)?
There is no universal “best” visa. We map your purpose, length of stay, location, and whether you need a sponsor or entity. Then we recommend the cleanest route with assumptions and a clear next-step checklist.
  • What are the main ongoing compliance obligations for a PT PMA?
    • Tax reporting: monthly and annual corporate filings.
    • LKPM report: quarterly investment activity reporting to BKPM.
    • Accounting: books that comply with Indonesian standards.
    • Employee compliance: BPJS and WLK registrations, required for Worker KITAS.
    • Annual health check: a yearly audit to confirm licences remain valid.
